    I think, universities were established to give quality education to people, not to be a better/greater university para lang macompare sa iba.. right? IF that’s the goal; “To be a better/greater university compared to *insert a university here*” hindi ba parang ang babang tingnan? i mean parang hindi sya isang model institution sa students nito? It’s like teaching them to compare.

    Matatalino nga kayo, may taglay din namang kayong kayabangan, anong kwenta nyo kung maraming naiirita senyo? edi dun na ako sa matatalino din, humble pa sa katalinuhan, kakayanan, at kung ano ano pang meron sila :) sorry puro UP post against Ust kasi nasa news feed ko. i wonder? bakit madaming taga UP ang nangaaway sa taga UST? hahaha La Salle at Ateneo nga may Brotherhood na eh. :)

    Ust-Nursing ako dati, DLS-CSB Culinary ako ngayon. My point is di naman yan parepareho, kaya i dont think there’s a reason to compare?? example. UST-NURSING. sabi nung UPCAT page sa fb,madali lang daw entrance test ng UST, kaya daw walang thrill, pero hindi iisa ang program na inoofer ng UST at hindi USTET lang ang pinagbabasihan sa pagaccept ng students, i remember dati i iprayed to God na makapasa ako sa USTET, then nakapasa ako, yeah nadalian ako, akala ko madali nga lang talaga, pero nalaman ko may mga hindi nakapasa, and after nun may interview pa, may quota, may cut-off, sa madaling salita may standard. Pero after a year mas pinili ko yung mas gusto ko SHRIM CULINARY kaya lumipat ako ng DLS_CSB. Ang akin kasi, bawat school may program sila na dun sila magaling, kaya yun nga i dont think it’s right to compare. 

    Sabihin na nating mahirap ang UPCAT compared to USTET, pero anong point ng pagusapan yun? siguro naman hindi USTET ang pinakamadaling entrance exam diba? yung iba nga nagpapatake lang for formality. di naman siguro sa entrance exam ng isang university masusukat kung gano to kacompetent diba? hindi naman siguro ito dun masusukat kung yung quality education na kaya nyang ibigay.

    Tinigin ko lang, mas masusukat mo ang isang institution base sa mga products na ilalabas nya, kung ang ilalabas nya ay mapangmata ng iba, at masyadong mapagmataas, hindi ba mas nagiging mas mababang kalidad lamang sila dahil dun?

    Pero syempre hindi din ako nangaaway kasi sabi ko nga equal lang dapat lahat., Sana lang makita ng mga nasa position ang ginagawa ng products nila, kasi baka di nila alam, nasisira na sila dahil sa mga issues and away na ginagawa na hindi nila alam. :)
